These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Chito Bikri website and mobile app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register, sign in, or post content.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
Chito Bikri is a marketplace for buying and selling everyday items in Nepal. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, message, or otherwise share content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, exploitative, or that promotes restricted items such as drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or other prohibited products.
Users who post objectionable content or abuse others may have that content removed and their account deactivated without notice.
User-generated content
Listings, photos, comments, reviews, and messages are created by users. You are responsible for the content you submit. We may filter, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms.
Reporting objectionable content
You can flag listings and other content from the listing screen. Reports notify the Chito Bikri safety team immediately. We review reports and act within 24 hours by removing violating content and ejecting the user who provided it when the report is valid.
Blocking abusive users
You can block another user from a listing or a conversation. Blocking:
- removes that user’s listings from your feed instantly
- stops further chats with that user
- notifies the Chito Bikri safety team so we can review the conduct
Filtering
We use automated keyword filtering on listings, comments, and messages to reduce objectionable content before it is published, in addition to user reports and human review.
Our 24-hour moderation commitment
When we receive a report of objectionable content or a user block tied to abusive behaviour, our team reviews it within 24 hours. If the report is valid we remove the content from the Service and deactivate (eject) the account that provided it.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You may delete your account at any time from Profile or the website account page. We may deactivate accounts that violate these Terms.

Safety reports are emailed to the Chito Bikri team for review. For other questions, reply through App Store Connect or contact us via the app support channels listed in the store listing.
